Deborah Helen Marie Testani, age 60, passed away peacefully September 7, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 4, 1961 in Winnipeg, Manitoba to Phil Elliott and Judith Campbell. She was a lively soul with a beautiful smile that lit up the room. Every day spent with her was always full of laughs and great memories. She lived to spoil her family and friends. Deb loved to listen to music and dance around the house with her daughters and grandchildren. She had an immense love for her family and was a fun, active, silly grandma who was not ready to leave her grandchildren. Deb was determined to beat cancer. No matter how sick she was, she always kept busy and never gave up. She was strong. Through her, we know what strength, resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no ‘quit’ in Deb.
Deb is forever loved and missed by her husband Luigi, daughters Judith (Aaron), Sheena (Rob) and Shawna (Chad) and stepson Lukas; granddaughters Alexandria, Deserae, Taylor and Abigail; grandsons Domenic, Austin and Mitchell; Dad William Campbell; brothers Keith (Peble), Phil (Laura), Mike, Rob, Will (Tracy), Brian (Billie); her baby sister Lynn (Doug) and many more relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her Father Phillip Elliott and Mother Judith Campbell.
A Come and Go Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the Golden and Region Seniors’ Centre, 1401 9th St. S, Golden, BC.
