Shaun William Russell Bennett

Shaun Bennett passed away on July 15, 2021 at Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm, BC. He was the husband of deceased Jeanne Bennett. They shared 33 years of marriage.

Born in Wells, BC on August 18, 1941, he was the son of deceased Bob and Marie Bennett.

Shaun will be remembered for his colorful nature, kindness, and his captivating sense of humor. He will also be remembered for being a straight shooter, for his brutal honesty, and his ability to start conversations with anyone who was willing to engage with him. Everyone was his friend, and he had many life-long friends.

He is survived by children, Patti and spouse Art, Donna and spouse Brian, Clayton and spouse Chrissy, and their children, stepchildren Dawn, Bob, and Steven and their families, sisters Kay and spouse Ken and Laura and their families, sister-in-law Judy and her family. He is predeceased by his wife Jeanne, parents Bob and Marie, brother Wayne, stepson Shawn, and his first wife, Sharon.
